Amazing customer service! Debra was the sweetest and helped me so much to leave happy, excited and most importantly confident in the color choice she helped me make. She showed me all the colors swatches, took the time to assess my current hair color and helped me put my vision together while giving thoughtful advice. She was very knowledgeable and sweet. I don’t usually go to Sally’s but I’ll definitely be coming back just from my experience today! ❤️❤️

After bleaching my hair, I was in need of some toner. This was my first time bleaching my hair myself and I had no idea what to do. Luckily, the associate working was super helpful.. She explained to me my different options and helped me decide on which toner to get. My hair turned out better than expected, thanks to her! I did not catch her name, but she was working this morning (1/13/26)! Thanks again!

This Sally location is the best I’ve visited. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is organized and clean, and they had everything I was looking for plus some goodies I didn’t know I needed. It’s very affordable and the store is easy to navigate. I got lots of hair stuff- color, relaxer, shampoo, conditioner, masks, and some false eyelashes and gel nails that cure in the light.

they just got reconstruction done and i'm not sure if staff is different or what, but honestly the older woman working there is not fit to be working in customer service. as soon as i walked in she's following me and wouldn't even let me touch any products on the wall as if i was going to steal them. she kept asking me questions about what product and color i wanted when i already knew what i came to get. i told her that i knew what i came for, but she insisted on showing me all these different products. she wouldn't stop hovering over me (less than 1 ft of personal space) and if i tried to walk away to look at a different product she would grab what was in my hands as if i'm some sort of petty theft and was going to walk out with it. she tried convincing me to do a different color than th

I literally just walked out of the store and the two women that were there were so rude! I wanted to know about a flat iron and and the one girl took it out so I could see what it looks like and she got a pissy attitude with me when she had to put it back in the box. I told her the next time I wanted to see one I’ll just buy it in front of her so that I can look at it. I didn’t know it was gonna be such a hard complicated task for her when nobody was even in the store to begin with. I would expect a little bit better since they think that they’re bougie upgrading their store at this point in the Winter garden plaza.
