Had an interesting experience Today 2/24/26 I walked in and went straight to the Ion brand products. The young lady working there asked if I needed help, and I told her I was looking for the blue conditioner in that brand. She immediately got snappy with me and had a real know-it-all attitude, insisting that Ion doesn’t make a blue conditioner. I kept explaining that yes, it does—I’ve purchased it from this same Sally’s before and even had it at home. Instead of trying to help or double-checking, she just kept insisting I was wrong. The whole interaction made me feel like she was talking down to me and treating me like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I work in the hospitality industry, so I understand that the customer isn’t always right—but basic respect and willingness to help

Every time I go into this store I was have great service. Went in there last night had no idea everything that i needed and Robin went above and beyond to help me! Great job Robin! You made is so easy for me and I appreciate you!

Kayla provided me with such great customer service. She has a lot of knowledge with the products they sell. She helped me choose all of the right products and even wrote on a piece of paper instructions for me! Hard to find service like that anymore, will definitely be coming back in!
