If Kyle had such great reviews, what happened. He colored my hair, four shades, darker brassy brown, ugly exclamation and the haircut was all over the place. The lady I’m going to to fix it said what happened. He is a very nice person but I’m beginning to question if he is licensed. I will be contacting the cosmetology board. He said he would refund my money and he has yet to do so.
