I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Michele at Sally’s Beauty. Every time I visit, she is incredibly kind, pleasant, and personable. She has such a warm and welcoming energy and it truly makes the entire shopping experience more enjoyable. Michele is not only friendly, but also super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She always takes the time to answer questions and offer great advice without ever making you feel rushed. She genuinely makes you want to stay, browse, and shop longer just because the vibe she creates is that good! People like Michele make a huge difference in customer experience, she’s an absolute gem. I took my niece in because she wanted to dye her hair for the first time. The staff went above and beyond. They pointed us to a brand and color that would work for her hair type. I wish I would have remembered their names, they made the whole experience fun for us both. My niece loves her pink hair and I got major cool Aunt points!

I went into the 8050 Transit Rd Williamsville location today and I was looking for natural care hair products. I was a little confused on the difference on some products. I spoke with Ann who is the store manager. Ann was very polite and patient with me the poor girl I had lots of questions and she spent a lot of time with me. I couldn't be I spent $178.00 on hair products and then I also purchased nail polish and files I know my hair is going to look fabulous with all the help Ann gave me. I will definitely go back and see Ann again for all my hair needs. Chris

Went in to grab my usual hair dye and they were out of stock of the color I use. One of the workers offered to check if other stores had it, and even called them to have them set it aside for me. So kind!
