I had an amazing experience at Sally’s Beauty, and honestly, the entire team there is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Every single girl working there makes you feel comfortable and helped. But I especially want to shout out Rae (R-A-E) — she is absolutely one of the best customer service associates I’ve ever met. When I explained how I wanted to dye my hair, she didn’t just point me to products. She literally walked across the aisle with me, guided me step by step, explained everything in detail, and even wrote it all down so I wouldn’t forget. 2018-06-23 Wow one year later and visited the new location in Monticello Marketplace and it is awesome and lady that checked us out knew what she was doing, got us in and out! Rating just went from 1 star to 5 stars. 2017-06-23 Wow (most of) the personnel in here do not have the best customer skills. You can use discount and or coupons in emails and text messages at checkout. After my wife left the store, she received a text message with 30% discount on next purchase.

During my visit, I encountered a sales associate whose approach was, unfortunately, not conducive to a comfortable shopping experience. While I appreciate the intent to assist, I found her demeanor to be quite overwhelming, as she invaded my personal space to the point where I could feel her breath on my neck. This made it difficult for me to focus on my shopping as I would have purchased more. I kindly requested that she give me some space, as I prefer to browse without feeling hovered over. I believe that a balance between customer service and personal space is essential for a positive retail experience.

The associates are very knowledge, welcoming and friendly. The selection is very well sorted and easy to find. Definitely feels as tho the staff loves their job and being there to help people. Best Sallys ive ever been in, would definitely recommend for anyone to go in there for their haircare needs.
