If you've never been to Sally's, I encourage you to go and browse through. In addition to beauty supplies, they have many products you wouldn't even think they would carry, like studs and nose rings. The service was awful. I was completely clueless about hair dyes, and the woman working there should have been able to assist me, but she was extremely unhelpful and had a terrible attitude. Muy mala atención, mala actitud por parte de la persona que atiende.

Good customer support, well organized, employees knows the products and wiling to answer questions. Fair prices, and always a promotion.

Every time I go this one worker in particular who I believe is the manager is extremely rude to me and has harassed me and my friends on two different occasions. She once chased me and my friends around the store while playing the national anthem and telling us to vote for Trump. Another time she made fun of my friends appearance. Every time I walk into this place I feel judged and obligated to buy something or else the manager will say something to me. Not a good atmosphere.

Worst experience ever. The employer that was supposed to be helping me wasted my time, and at the end of the day I couldn’t even find the hair dye I was looking for. Trying to avoid a bad moment, I guessed and went to buy one that she “recommended” me. When I went to pay, she said that I had to buy a bag, which is just absurd. I tried talking to her so I could understand why I had to pay for a bag, and instead of explaining or having patience she threw me one, said “here you can get it for free”, and walked away, ignoring me. The manager had to come and explain why I had to buy the bag. I asked for a refund and at first they didn’t give me the whole amount, so I had to go back to ask for my money back. The worst experience I’ve ever had with them.
