Great inventory selection. They had a leave in conditioner that I use and is super hard to find. I am so glad I stopped by to look. Customer service was good too.

Customer service :) - I am not sure what her name was but she had black short hair with bangs (worked register today 12/24) & she was soooo freakin helpful, friendly, welcoming, & insightful!!! First time bleaching & dying my hair with color & she made sure I got exactly what I needed, gave advice/tips, she also asked questions to make sure she had the best recommendations that fit my needs! I’m super appreciative of all of her help today & just wanted to give her kudos!!! :) thank you, girly!! Also sorry if this is a little too specific but she had a tattoo right under her neck!! Just want to point her out the best I can CAUSEEE THAT GIRL NEEDS A RAISEEE!!!

Friendly staff helped get what I needed quickly and I was out the door in under 2 minutes. Finding the place was tough without using Google maps. Their sign is broken making it hard to find in the dark. Also there was no sign listing it from the street, so it's easy to completely miss.

The manager or whoever the man is with the accent, he is so incredibly unpleasant and rude. Doing returns and exchanges at this location is an absolute nightmare. I understand there may be high theft in this location but treating paying customers like thief’s and being so suspicious and disrespectful of everyone is absolutely not ok. I frequent this location often because it’s the closest to my house, and I like to experiment with my hair, but after the treatment we recieved today it’s the last straw and we will not be returning. He makes myself and everyone who comes in so uncomfortable by how he glares at us like we’re criminals. Do yourselves a favor, and go to another Sally’s location, the other ones are incredibly pleasant and helpful.

This place had one of the things that I needed that I ordered online and the girl that was working the counter was so sweet and she was very helpful, but she was working by herself and it was extremely busy in the store. I went to ask the manager a question, because the girl at the front counter was busy. I just needed something to be unlocked for me, so that I could go to the counter and pay for it, and the manager proceeded to not even let me finish my question and shut the office door in my face. The manager was rude, and should not be treating customers with such attitude when I did nothing to her, but attempt to ask her a question. I understand if she is stressed out because of some thing going on throughout her day but that’s not my fault. (.)
