Came here 10/19 at almost 11Am, all lights are on the sign says the store opens at 10AM and the door is locked. Waited for about 10 minutes and just left.

The ladies here are not only very smart,helpful great thanknyou for always helping same with the gentlemen manager he's amazing.

I hate Sally’s they have always had poor customer service and today when I needed one of them to be open I drove all the way to Westminster 16446 Beach Blvd just to find the store is closed and no one inside the lights where on figured maybe they where locked because someone was in the back but clearly opening the store on time has been an ongoing issue, for like 4 yrs now. Maybe the owner or manager of this establishment should update the hours of operation. Thumbs down 👎👎

I got exactly what I needed. They were super helpful and friendly. I was able to find what I was looking for. One of the employee went above and beyond when explaining some of the products to me.

I love this Sally's! I've been going to this location for over 3 years. Kaylin is amazing and is always helping me find new products to try. She's literally there almost every time I come in and so friendly. I've tried so many products and even though some don't work out Kaylin reasseses til we find good matches! I'm happy Sally's has an affordable swimmers shamp/conditioner (Ion) and has been there for when my hair started falling out from dye damage. All good things from my end. Love Mielle, Bondbar, Ion, The Sauce, it's a 10, and Eve Nye.
