OC Aesthetic Med Spa

I was super impressed with my experience at OC Aesthetic Med Spa! First, the office was clean and there was plenty of parking. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I chose the acne subcision for my acne scars. Xanthia was great. She was gentle and the entire experience was pleasant, not painful. I appreciated how she explained what she was doing and used terms that a non-medical professional could understand. What really impressed me was that not once did she try to upsell me on services or products, unlike other med spas. She made recommendations using everyday household items, not pricy products. I thought my scarring was severe and would need additional services to make it better, but she assured me that I only needed one session of subcision with follow-up microneedling appointmen

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had such a great experience here with microneedling + subcision. Xanthia is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I was nervous going in (especially about subcision), but it honestly didn’t hurt — she numbs really well and explains everything clearly. You can tell she’s highly experienced and truly cares about results without upselling unnecessary treatments. I drove out from LA and it was totally worth it--pricing felt very fair for the level of care and expertise. I felt safe, listened to, and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

I had the picosure laser done on my face to adress hyperpigmentation. Xanthia treated me and she is just wonderful I expressed my concerns about my problem areas and I def felt seen and heard and comfortable right away. She specifically targeted those areas. Most of these Med Spa's don't listen or care but go here she will take care of you. She is very knowledgeable and skilled. Everyone in the office is very nice and friendly.. Xanthia doesn't treat you like a number I appreciate that! Will be back for many more treatments. I highly recommend.

Xanthia is AMAZING. She is super experienced and will be 100% honest about what treatment will ACTUALLY address your concern, even if it's less expensive. She cares about the long term wellness of your skin and will advise accordingly (while still giving you the results you want!). I got PRP and PRF from her and I have NEVER gotten an PRP facial like this before (and I have done PRP A LOT). I was not red at all after the facial (!!!) - she numbs you really carefully so she can penetrate deeper for better results / more bang for your buck!! The PRF injections were awesome also - she is super subtle and places them carefully to achieve what you ask her for. SO subtle (which is what I want, i don't want to look puffy and weirdly fake after injections).
