I was there to make a purchase and the black female employee couldn’t look up my info for my beauty supply card and was forced to pay full price for my item.

all of the women/employees who work here since i have started going here have helped me and have gone above & beyond. they all are .. down to earth, helpful, will actually talk to me// are very friendly and have helped me find better gel polish options. thanks ladies i am grateful for you all! and you all deserve a raise 💖💖💖

10/10 Customer service experience with Lucy today! She greeted me right away, was super polite and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She was super knowledgeable about the products and was able to make really good recommendations. Can't say enough about how nice of an experience this was, I'll definitely be doing all of my beauty shopping at this Sally's from now on.

I came in to grab a hair dye yesterday I called the store before arriving and they told me that they had what I needed which was awesome. I came to the store and was immediately greeted by two ladies at the counter they helped me figure out if what I needed was the correct things that I was buying for the person’s hair and was very knowledgeable about the products in the store which is really good. Definitely made me feel welcomed and happy coming back to this Sally’s !

Owner is very rude and hot headed. She needs to learn how to treat customers with respect and know when to just let it go. On top of that, they tried to charge us an additional $10 which they took off after it was pointed out at the register. Strongly encourage others to shop elsewhere. Shops run by people like that don't deserve your business at all.
