I had the pleasure of having to go get something for my wife. Me having never been to a store like this, I was entirely lost. My wife gave me a list of things to buy. The lady who works here was extremely helpful. I showed her my list, and within two minutes she had everything on it. So if you are a guy who has no clue about women’s hair, just get your wife to give you a list, and they will find it for you.

Bought a product and didn’t like it because it was cheaply made and got stuck in my hair. Not that I owed anyone that explanation when I had the receipt and product in hand. The cashier then had an attitude and said, “well if you don’t know how to use a round brush then you won’t know how to use this”. Don’t recommend going. Very unprofessional.

I was just in this store shopping and the way one of the employees (that I'm pretty sure is a manager, a mature woman) was talking to one of the other employees (a younger lady) was ridiculous! It was all I could do to not say something. That lady needs to be taught how to communicate with other employees and maybe try a little kindness.

I do like Sally's and the products they have to offer, but my complaint is the employees pester you to death. It's almost like they think you're going to steal something and they follow you up and down the aisles asking you if you need help over and over and over. Jeez! If I want to look around I ought to be able to look around without being bothered. I just feel like their employees are super aggressive towards customers. Feeling annoyed.

I love to visit my store on Blanchard St in west Monroe la. They are so friendly and always ask you when you come in what can they help you with. I usually just buy hair dye but enjoy browsing as well. I give this store a 10
