I have been here a few times and always have nice experiences! The staffs are always soooo nice and welcoming. I came in just like an hour ago today and got lots of help from the lady staff with blonde hair (didn't catch her name). She answered every question I had plus gave out great recs!
Of all the Sally locations in the city, VOA is my favorite. They always have the products I’m looking for and the staff is helpful but not invasive. Zoey helped me today to find my favorite leave in which had a packaging change and had been moved on the shelf.
Got my hair to the perfect color thanks to their help!
Rose was amazing and had me leaving the store knowing better about what to use for my hair care routine. Thank you so much Rose! 😇
I went on 7/17/24 around 1:30pm. The nice lady with purple hair was absolutely amazing when we had questions about dyeing hair. She was such a great and lovely person to talk to and genuinely seemed like she wanted the best for us. I didn’t get her name, but she deserves the recognition. I love the Sally’s Beauty in West Chester :-)
