Doordasher here. Walked into the store the two amazing ladies got me in and out within like 3 minutes. They are great!

Went for gel nail polish. They had a good selection. Staff greeted me right away and asked if I needed help. When I needed help picking out hair dye recently, they were knowledgeable and friendly.

Im usually happy with this place. But the last 2 times i was here the guy didnt agree with what kind of color i wanted. And last time he kept pushing products that i supposedly needed way more money than i was planning on spending. For that price i couldve just went to the salon instead. Thought i would save myself money by going there. So i just said forget and i left with nothing. Went to walgreens instead and got better results.

I went into sally yesterday a hot mess and thought I knew what to purchase and let me tell you was I wrong. The staff at Sally's West Bend helped me figure out what I needed and it came out beautiful ... I owe it all to the two lovely ladies and the gentleman who were working on Saturday ! Customer for life !

The assistant manager is constantly rude and not helpful. Always sitting in back or just ignoring people. I will never go back into this store as long as she works there. Its the 4th time now shes been very rude. If someone has a question she just ignores them and makes another employee deal with it
