Erin was fantastic! She gave an amazing prenatal massage. I would definitely go back to her again. I don't have an easy time relaxing and she really helped me enjoy the massage! The reason I gave 3 stars is because the prices online are not correct. As I was paying, they have a little sign on the register that said, "as of 2/1/22, prices will go up $5". My massage was mid-March... The owner has had plenty of time to change their prices online and haven't done it. It's actually illegal according to the WI Dept of Weights and Measures to charge more than a posted price, so please change your signage to not throw off new customers. Again, massage was great, no complaints at all there!

Tracey is an amazing color expert! New client here, super worried about re-coloring my hair after going silver/grey. Tracey spent a long time chatting with me about what I wanted, her color book open, and gave great suggestions. The highlights/lowlights combo surpassed my expectations! Just in time for my son’s wedding. Oh, and she’s super nice and fun to talk to. Thanks Tracey :)

Visited Kristina at Perfectly Polished inside this location. She is very good at what she does! I loved the massage chair too! Met Sara from Willow Haven and scheduled a hair cut with her. I think I found my new salon after recently moving to West Bend.

I was impressed with the professionalism shown by master colorist Sara. I just shared the idea I had with her, and she gave me ideas of possible options that could be incorporated with it. I was blown away with her ability to transform my hair into the exact picture in my head.
