Hostile and unprofessional management We attempted to return a trimmer that appeared to be previously used because the blades contained visible fibers. During the explaining of concern, the store manager, Daphne Stewart, took the receipt from my daughter’s hand, wrote “no return” on it, and refused further discussion, stating the item was now “used.” During a follow-up phone call, she raised her voice, refused to provide her supervisor’s information, and would not explain next steps; we later learned through customer service that Daphne instructed other staff not to allow us to attempt another return. Another Sally Beauty location confirmed this is a common complaint with the trimmer brand that is actually manufacturer microfiber—not hair—and processed the return immediately. My daughte

I had never visited this particular location, but I was in there this past Sunday (July 13th). I apologize that I didn't get the young lady's name (with cotton candy pink hair, I think it was pink) she was so kind and super helpful. I hope she sees this, or told about it. Good afternoon I went into Sally beauty To pick up a DoorDash order. This DoorDash order required me to shop for the order and then pay for it with my DoorDash card. I asked Jasmine when I walked in if she could help me locate the three items on my shop list because she works there and should know where these are at. Jasmine had an extremely rude attitude and did not want to help me or show me where these items are at all she wanted to do was tell me to go look for the items myself. . While I was trying to find these items, I asked her a couple times will you please help and show me where these items are a to make sure I get the right ones. Poor customer service I’m surprised they’re still in business. The cashier had funky stank attitude like she didn’t want to work when asked for recommendations. Don’t ask if anyone needs help if your whole vibe is the opposite.

This is my 2nd time to the waxahachie location and the young lady working was very rude and had NO customer service skills what so ever!!!! She did ask did we need help but had 1 facial expression...which was "I hate my job" ! Well I pray someone puts a smile on her face.
