Worst costumer service ever they are always so rude no matter what time or day you go. Always throwing the stuff in the bag in the most rude way I always regret coming here instead of making a 25 minute drive to the one on Vernon hills there they always have amazing costumer service. Me and my daughter were paying and they Guy and the girl kept making suggestions like something smelled bad and laughing in front of us literally the worst Sally’s they deserve 0 stars.

Ivan is amazing. He is very knowledgeable and I loved how he knew exactly what i needed to know. On point communication. Great service.

One is over, above and beyond satisfaction, but in order to writer the review I had to select a star. Such an OVERSTATEMENT for such POOR SERVICES! I called to inquire about a particular brand the salesperson who answered was dry! She did not appear happy, enthusiastic or NOTHING! Got pass that, first red flag. Get to the store got my items, went online and one item was on sale a TWO dollars difference. She rerung my order which increased by five dollars more, and failed to give me the the sale price of the one item. I left the entire order and told her verbatim " I will drive to Pleasant Prairie, WI." Which I am this morning.
