Great haircut, excellent customer service. 10 out of 10! I recommend NeNe. Full story below . A delayed flight caused me to arrive late in the area. I arrived to the barbershop to find they closed a bit early for the evening. Understandable, a few days prior snowfall left about a foot of snow. I found a barber (can’t remember his name ) from the shop and sent a message to a number I got off Google. He told me that they had closed early as many businesses were that evening. He then provided me recommendations for other people that I could call who might be available. I thanked him and explained that I was in town for a special occasion so the recommendations meant a lot to me. This was by far the best experience and transformation ever which I’m not surprised by. Once I looked and did my research I knew this spot was the best choice. Traveling and working in different states you get different results, but I knew this was the right choice. Me and my guy are travelers for the union and he was in need a of a great barber! Ink has the hands of god when it comes to cutting hair and an eye of an eagle. Whenever you’re in Waukegan and need a barber you better not hesitate to come here ! The experience with Rico The Barber was positive. He was amazing with the nephew, making him feel at ease while giving him a fantastic haircut. His patience and clear communication were top-notch, and his professionalism is a definite plus. The shop has a warm, kid-friendly atmosphere that made the visit a joy instead of a chore. The nephew left feeling confident and happy with his new look. Certainly returning!
