I had such a fantastic time shopping for everything I needed! This place has it all, and the employees are super kind and friendly, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next trip! It was just a wonderful experience overall.

The employees at this establishment seem to be very knowledgeable and are always very kind to me and my wife when we visit. We have been many times and everyone we have talked to has greeted us with such kindness and always are able to find exactly what we need even recommending new things we wouldn’t have even thought of trying.

I went to Sally's for a relaxer and they sold me an Africa relaxer which I knew was strange but I trusted them. I only had the relaxer in my hair for 5 minutes and my hair, when I washed my hair it started falling out in chunks!!! The ends of my hair are fried and my hair continues to break! Now I'm spending big money on extensions. I will never ask for advice from the employees at Sally's again.

I purchased what I thought was a round curling brush with bristles all around it. But it only had bristles on one side. Completely useless to me. I went to return it in December and was told they couldn’t accept any returns until February. I don’t live in Victoria & when I went in March to return it I was told that it had to be returned in February & they wouldn’t take the return. What a waste of time & money (cost was $32+). I will never shop there again. Cathy Robison.
