The staff are very lazy, they just sit there when you ask for something and pretend they don't hear you.

Thankfully I didn't go by the reviews and went in to check out the timing and the reps response. Kathie the manager was very knowledgeable and welcoming. She explained me everything about the color codes, the good products without hesitation close to the closing time. It was the earlier reps who were not responsive and so got removed. She's the best. Had an amazing time and money spent wisely. I would recommend Sally's those who had a bad experience with the previous staff.

It’s been a busy week. I went online to order hair color, conditioner, sealer and developer. While on their app I noticed you could have it delivered within a 2 hour window. I’d never done that before and decided to try it. I rec’d it within an hour and a half! This was during rush hour traffic and the Grub Hub driver/delivery phoned me to let me know it was on my doorstep! The entire process was flawless - I’m impressed!

STELLAR STAFF!! More specifically, Mary. (YOU ARE AWESOME) While at check out, she was very polite. She went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I needed! She even helped me find the right product for my hair. I live in the city, and was just passing through, but I would absolutely make the drive for this type of service/assistance! They had everything I needed too!! Super happy 😊

I arrived at 6:59, and there was still a customer in the store. The male associate said, “Sorry, we’re closed,” even though the other customer was still browsing and eventually headed to the register. I said, “I literally just want one thing,” while he was ringing up the other person.
