Amazing service and hospitality! They treat you like family for sure! I honestly don’t want to go anywhere else to get my nails done; whenever I have, they mess them up. The shape is always beautiful! they have even touched up when something has gotten damaged way too soon or when service took longer due to the amount of customers, they’ve done cuticle care at no charge! Now let’s talk about the design and color choices! Look at these things! Too adorable. 🥰

I absolutely love getting my nails done by Holly! Ever since I started going to her, I haven’t wanted to see anyone else. I was never the type to go to the salon regularly, but after discovering Holly, I actually look forward to my appointments — and I haven’t missed a single month since! She is incredibly talented and always gets my designs exactly right, down to the smallest detail. She takes her time, never rushes, and truly cares about making sure my nails look perfect every single visit. I always leave her chair completely satisfied. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a nail tech who is skilled, patient, and genuinely amazing at what she does! 💅✨

I've been a customer at LA Nails (orginally named First Nail Spa) in Vernon Hills since 2019. I am a loyal customer and refuse to go anywhere else for my nail care. The techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and experts at their craft. They show a deep care for not only the look of the nails, but also the health of the nail and won't take shortcuts. They are always willing to accommodate customers, even when things are hetic. I have never had a poor experience with any nail treatments including pedicures and maincures (I do acrylic no chip). Another selling point and reason for continously going to them is their affordability. Especially in times like today where every dollar counts, it is a relief to have a salon that fits into my budget. I highly recommend!

Love this nail salon! Everyone is super nice here and they are very sanitary with every customer. Michelle is my usual nail tech, she is the best! Super nice and friendly and makes great conversation. Definitely give this salon a try if you havent yet they are all amazing!
