Make sure to ask for Shad! We could not of figured out what we had to do to get the purple we desired. Shad stepped in and showed us everything we needed. Very knowledgeable, friendly service. Thank you Shad!

Along with the rest of the reviews I will also say the manager Ms Renita! She is terrible, one of the worst managers I’ve ever met. I’ve worked retail over 10 years, she has no customer service skills. When I asked to speak to someone higher up she threw my receipt at me and said “Home offices number is on there” which it is NOT. She argued with me for 30mins about a return that just the day before an employee said I could bring back in the morning since they were about to close. Don’t even understand how she still works there with her terrible attitude. The policy & the store signs state I can open a return, she was less than helpful of course. Stated that it was “impossible” because wouldn’t type in the corresponding numbers from my receipt. I have an unopened item in original packaging

Great service very knowledgeable but there is this one employee that just has this pungent odor. Ruined my entire day and I didn’t want to be in store for long. Outside of that it was great
