Ms. Lakisha was so helpful! She helped me find things all around the store, gave me hair coloring advice, and even helped me with signing up for the cc! I am so glad she was in the store today! Thank you so much for all of your help!

Every time I come in the morning she is always late, 10:15 door close

Zero customer service. Drove over 20 minutes from another store because they didn’t have the item I needed. Called the second store MULTIPLE times to get them to pull the product for me since it was close to closing so it would be a quick transaction. I’m completely aware everyone wants to get off at the right time and get home. It’s late. Hence why I was attempting to get the ONE product I needed at the counter to get in and out. Arrived before closing and door was locked and was told “already shutdown the register.” I mentioned I called multiple times and she replied she was in the restroom - for 15 minutes when you’re alone in the store??? Cool. Okay. Amazon it is. I’ll wait 2 days for shipping and not waste anymore of my time in these stores even though I will not receive my profession

Overall the store was decent. The only problem I had which I will be contacting corporate about was with the pregnant lady they worked there. As she was ringing up the items one of the boxes dropped and the materials fell out so I put them back in the box. She has the nerve to say “let me check the next box to see if that belongs in there.” That honestly didn’t sit well with me it came off as if she was accusing me of stealing. I will be returning all of my items to the store tomorrow and i will never shop at this location again.
