I go In looking for a certain brand and color the girl with the ugly purple patches in her hair (younger girl) couldn’t be bothered. I asked Do you have anymore of these in the back and her response is well we have a lot of boxes to still unpack. I’m like ok she stares at me so i walk away i come back and im like can you look to see?! She rolls her eyes says yah and doesn’t even ask me what color I’m looking for and then proceeds to the back and then comes back and says we don’t have any. My question is well How would you know if you didn’t even ask what color I’m looking for?! The girls here always rude and with an attitude. You work at Sally’s not me or i would Go look myself. I’ll cut my Sally’s card & not shop here!

I've never had any problems there, except for yesterday. The staff was rude and unprofessional. It felt like they were doing me a favor by answering my question. And they didn't help me with the answer at all. I'll try not to go there again.

Good prices if you pick up at the store you receive an additional discount of 15% a nice incentive to go to the store. Everything forall your beauty needs.

I walked in and the older woman at the register who appeared to be the manager was gossiping to the much younger employees about another employee who apparently called out due to a hangnail. She was making fun of the worker that called out to the other workers and they were all laughing about it The Mgr then Felt the need to include me in on the conversation which I was not comfortable with. Felt like high school. 4 workers just standing around gossiping and laughing about another worker. Highly unprofessional and can create a toxic work environment. As an older woman /employee she should be setting a better example for the younger ones. And....for the record Legally a worker does not need to tell an employer the reason why they are calling out and an employer cannot ask why either. This

the two ladies at the front were very helpful and took care of everything i needed. came in for a foil shaver, and the one lady brought one of every model they had in stock out so I could see them. they went above and beyond to help get what I needed. I wish I caught their names so I could give them some recognition.
