I recently visited this retailer in hopes of finding better beard care solutions that wouldn't end up being extremely expensive prices like Walmart. I was approached by a very friendly associate named Elizabeth and she asked me what I was looking for in the terms of beard care. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me through all of their beard care products, she was very helpful about my suggestions and I ended up buying everything that I needed. So if you visit this establishment make sure that you ask for Elizabeth, to ensure that you will receive great customer service along with an all around great outcome!!! I will be shopping here from now on.

I went in with a hair disaster and the guy Luke helped me and was absolutely amazing he walked me through exactly what I needed and exactly what I needed to do my daughters hair. I even called the store and he talked me through the steps to make sure I was doing it right at home my daughters hair looks absolutely amazing... He is amazing and I definitely recommend going to this store!!!

Friendly helpful staff help me make good decisions on buying the best beard dye i have tried to date with the heat protectant spray to boot. I can't believe I paid 4 times as much for a natural beard dye that's advertised on TV that only last a few days. THANKS 😊

DO NOT BUY FROM SALLYS!!! I came here specifically because they are listed by Andis as an official retailer for their clippers, and I didn't want to get scammed buying online. Turns out Sally's is the scam! I bought a pair of clippers only to open them up and find the blades so misaligned that the machine is utterly unusable and unsafe! I promptly brought them back same-day and they told me they dont do any kind of returns and to take it up with Andis. they've stolen $70 from me and are getting away with selling damaged/dangerous equipment, so much for being a "trusted official retailer"
