When you walk in the door you are immediately greeted with a smile and treated like you are the most important person in the whole place. You are given a range of options that tailor to your specific needs and are never pressured into anything that you are not comfortable with. Suggestion are offered and you are welcome to accept or decline. I have never been so impressed by such a staff like this. This is my third time getting lip filler done with Dr. Athena, and she is absolutely amazing! She always does such a beautiful job and makes me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. I trust her completely and I’m always obsessed with my results. I also had the chance to experience the Japanese HeadSpa with Miyah, and she was incredible as well. It was so relaxing and such a great experience from start to finish.Highly recommend both of them if you’re thinking about booking — you won’t regret it!

I was gifted the the Japanese head spa treatment for Christmas. My appointment was the Saturday after Christmas. When I arrived and was taken back, the lady doing my appointment did not consult with me about any skin, scalp or hair issues. She only asked my allergies. She acted like she didn’t want to be there the Saturday after Christmas. We began the treatment, was it relaxing yes, but honestly you could get the same treatment laying over the sink and someone running water over your head. The technician barely scrubbed my hair, she did a mini facial that felt like a chocolate pudding snack pack on face, scrubbed my scalp a bit more and rinsed everything out. When I am done with the treatment with soaking wet hair, I was asked if I wanted my hair dry before I stepped out in December

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely relaxed. The head spa was beyond soothing—perfect pressure, amazing products, and such a calming atmosphere. My scalp felt refreshed and my hair has never felt healthier. I left feeling like a brand-new person. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to Get up and Glo 3 times now, and each time is better than the last. I’ve had a lip flip, teeth whitening, and lip filler. Everyone here is beyond nice and always makes me feel welcome. This last time I got filler from Athena and she made sure that I was super comfortable which I really appreciated. 10/10 can’t wait to book my next appointment
