Sally Beauty

I came in to find a color to cover my red, I’ve done my research and talked to my cosmetologist friends for what was needed. For starters, this lady is going to tell me to put green hair dye to cover it that it’ll take the red away and my hair will be brown, and said it while looking at me like I was the dumbest thing in the world. And then she proceeds to tell my sister that she has to remove my 2 year old son from the store, because “hes not allowed to be running in the store and destroying things”, when he literally was walking down an isle following my sister, not touching anything. I started to be very not nice to this woman, but decided to be a bigger person. This Sally’s has lost my business. I’ll drive to Moultrie or Tifton! I love to experiment and do my own hair! That doesn’t mean I’m the best at it lol but every time I go to Sally’s , Marcy always helps me and knows exactly what I need! She is phenomenal and has the best advice always! The store has amazing products for a great quality and price!

I’m just tired of being followed around like I’m stealing crap. I picked something up one time and of the girls told me I couldn’t hold it. Super annoying.One if the reasons why I don’t like going in there. They follow down the isles and stare at your every move and it makes it super uncomfortable to just look around

I was so impressed at the level of customer service at Sally’s today. Jasmine is fire! She has extensive product knowledge and professionalism. Give her a raise!

I’ve been to Sally’s like twice this week and both times I was met with amazing service from Jasmine and Mya. They helped me find products for my hair type and did it with a smile.
