Canceled on me at the very last minute. Going on a cruise so that's why I made the appointment 2 months before. The worst part is that you waited until 5PM the day before my appointment to cancel when other places were closed to try to make another appointment. I find it hard to believe that you didn't know earlier in the day that you were sick. You charge cancellations within 24 hours so the way I see it you owe ME a cancellation fee! My time is as important as yours. Unprofessional as heck

I HIGHLY recommend Kari! I recently had my first wax ever! She made me feel so comfortable and talked with me throughout the whole process. She answered any questions I had. Her room is very clean and comfy feeling. I will definitely be returning because she did amazing!

I got a sugar wax with Kari today, and she made it such a good experience! I was nervous about getting waxed for the first time, but she was so professional and explained everything she was doing and after care. She also made me feel relaxed during the whole experience and is so easy to talk to. I will definitely be back!

Kari is awesome! Very friendly and professional. Her salon is clean, well lit and her prices are very reasonable. She took the time to explain everything that she was doing, answered all of my questions and really put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. I’ll never go anywhere else for a wax!!
