To the girl who helped me match my roots and touch up my split dye about a week and a half ago, I hope both sides of your pillow are cold every night. I hope your drinks are always perfect. I hope your groceries are always cheap and you get the best gas prices. And you deserve a massive raise. I didn’t catch your name but you were such an angel and helped me so much. My hair looks PERFECT.

I wish I was Writing this review for a positive experience BUT NAH. It’s 2:43PM - all of the lights are on, all surrounding stores are open. People are eating in chipotle next door and this is the note on the door. Also don’t try and call the number because all of the employees are “busy helping other customers.” Very unprofessional. Another woman and myself both tried calling and stood there for a few minutes and not an employee in sight.. try back later? As in tomorrow?

This store always has what I need. The staff is friendly and considerate of your needs. I really appreciate the help received from this store. I drive 15 miles out of my way to enjoy the consistently friendly, well supplied stock and helpful service at this particular store! Thanks to all. -Laura

So yes! the rumors are true, they’ve changed locations!! Just a heads up! But the reson for my review is to mention that the service I received today was incredible! I forgot the staffs names but shout out to the 2 staff that helped me Oct.26th! I stopped by to grab some hair dye for my grandmother, and she mentioned another product she needed to go with it. Now, English isn’t her first language, and she couldn’t remember what it was called; just that it was “in a clear bottle, looks like water, and makes the color last longer when mixed with the dye.” Since I’ve never dyed hair before, I was totally lost. I decided to ask for help, and honestly, the staff could’ve laughed or ignored me. Instead, they took me completely seriously and spent nearly 10 minutes figuring out what she meant.
