When I first walked in I wasn’t know how to feel environment was very quite which was a little unsettling BUT the lady that did my brows did amazing! would recommend this place to my friends.

I have been coming here for years now & Elina is always super friendly & really puts in the effort to make your eyebrows look good!

I really enjoyed my experience with Elina, she was fast but thorough. Made pleasant conversation and was receptive to my requests of my eyebrows when I said I wanted to keep them thick and leave the middle edges alone as I’m trying to grow them in. She put Aloe Vera on my eyebrows at the end and handed me a mirror to check them out and they were great. She didn’t clean off any of my hair from my face maybe because I had a mask on? Not sure, but she has tissues for you to do that yourself if you need to. She had 6 patrons when I arrived and I waited about 20 minutes outside about 5 min inside the building as her lobby was full. Tried to call ahead for an appointment but there was no answer.

I never write negative reviews and this has been my long time loved spot. Elina does exceptional work all the time but she is never in shop. Instead there are two other ladies that do threading. I always ask for a clean up on my brows and I get what I ask for. Each and every-time I come back and decide to give it another chance they disappoint me. One girl is rough with her threading and thins out my eyebrows to almost near nothing, I know that’s not what my brows look like and it makes me very sad I have to look at it everyday.

I had been here before and remembered having a good experience but I went yesterday and the girl did my eyebrows WAY too thin and they aren’t even. Now I get to go to Hawaii with funky eyebrows.
