I came to shop with my 67 year old mother and an African American young woman was parked when I pulled in the parking spot, which is a bit of a narrow space. As my mother opened the car door she touched the young lady’s car and the young woman started shouting at my mother that she had scratched her car. I was getting out of the car and apologized for the incident and asked her where did my mom scratch her car, as she pointed out the scratches, I proceeded to open my car door and the door did not touch the areas where the scratches were, but the bottom of plastic.of the woman’s car. This infuriated the woman and she started insulting my mother and I, by screaming obscenity. I asked her if she wanted my insurance information, but that I was going to take pictures and a video of the incident

I came into the store 8/24 and Kendall was so incredibly helpful! I had been getting my hair dyed silver since 2018 but my hair stylist moved away so this was my first time doing on my own and admittedly a little impulsively. My mom and I went into this Sally’s location and Kendall was helpful she took the time to explain the products to us and even recommended some additional products I could add in during the process to protect my hair from damage. She even went above and beyond (in my opinion) and wrote down a step by step for my mom and I and of the ratios we needed to use for each product. She told us to call back to the store if we needed any additional information on any product. Luckily we did my hair that night and it was a success! I’m so happy with the results. Thank you Kendall

I’m not sure what the lady who helped me name was , but I came in to get dry shampoo. I was looking at a dry shampoo and then she came up to me and offered me their brand of dry shampoo. I was skeptical because I was thinking she was just trying to sell me their brand. BUT IT IS AMAZING. No other dry shampoo has actually made my hair not look oily at all. It’s called bondbar and like she said I will be back again when it runs out!

I was a bit nervous going in because of the recent negative reviews, but I had a great experience. The Sally specialist/clerk greeted me, then gave me her full attention after she politely excused herself to ring up some other customers who were waiting. She listened to my concerns, helped me pick a product that met my wish/need list, and gave me a few tips on use. I signed up for an account while I was in the store, and I plan to go back to this location in the future.

I didn't get the name of the person working this morning (6/7/23) but I walked in with an orange and yellow home bleach job and got the toner she recommended (not what I was looking for at all) and my hair looks great! It's a beautiful blonde now and I don't feel like a crazy person leaving the house. Thank you so much! I'm grateful that someone knowledgeable was there to help.
