Do not know their own return policy. Even after confirming with home office/customer service in an email and showed store email. They still refuse to accept return. Poorly managed.

The lady working was extremely sweet and helpful. She seemed really knowledgeable about new products I hadn't seen!

I made the mistake of stopping in today, the older Caucasian female with red hair barely glanced at me as I breezed in. (Her attitude was less than inviting, I guess my brilliance was too much for her!) Although she did ask what I came in for, she wasn’t listening for my answer; it seems it didn’t register in her consciousness, as I watched her walk away from me. I was just looking for hair bands; I had to ask her again and she told me. (They were in the aisle I didn’t already go through.) The only other customer in the store was also also looking at that section and I said “apparently she wasn’t listening when I told her what I was looking for.” The other customer and I chuckled and I found some packages of bands to try.
