Yazmin is always so helpful! She is so sweet always greets at the door and is the first one to get me to get a credit card after yrs of contemplating! someone give her a raise!!

Had an amazing experience. Ms. Kathy and Ms. Yaz were so helpful and kind to me & my mother! They were very pleasant and positive. Both had recommended products for me to use to improve the quality of my hair. They were knowledgeable on the products. I hope to be a regular at this location. Everyone had kind smiles! It was a warm and welcoming experience. Their excellent service deserves a raise and/or a bonus!

Keely was very patient and helpful with assisting me with a large purchase that I was reluctant to make. Her knowledge and competence is worthy of her position or higher. If more businesses provided such great service, the world would be a better place!

I am not returning. I have tried three different times to come to this store, and it is such a horrible experience that even if I wanted to go for the reputation of a Sally's store, I will not go back to this location. The staff are either untrained or coddled so much that they cannot handle customer interaction. Every single time I went in asking for an item, the staff point down an aisle and say if we have it, it would be down that '"row". I am looking at hundreds of bottles expected to know where THEY place something or If they carry something? Really?! You cannot ask them any questions that would require any cosmetology training or education. They Cannot offer advice or suggestions. You Cannot ask them anything about the products they carry. Horrible experience.

As an African American I felt very disrespect as I asked the associate about a product that requires a Cosmetologist license. Her assumption to look at me and assumed I did not have the nessary credentials really offended me. She first lied about having the product (salon care 50 developer) When it was in stock but behind the counter. then I asked her to look up my information then she could see my credentials. SMH Never will I stop there again It will be the Summerville location for me.
