I was here last week looking for a leave in conditioner when this nice lady named Wendy approached me asking if I needed any help I explained what I needed and she quickly began to help me search she recommended the sauce beauty brand I definitely loved her customer service and loved the product she recommended as well!

My daughter and I went to Sally Beauty supply store in Stratford Connecticut On August 2, we were followed right around the store and it was so obvious we felt so uncomfortable because they were just following us around as if we were thieves and criminals. There was this older lady that works there. She is so rude and prejudice. I have been going to the store for years and I saw lots of new faces that work there but just that one older lady I don’t know if she’s the manager or whoever she is but she needs to go she doesn’t have a good customer service.

I have been to this location many times, very clean & organized. Staff is always so helpful and never gets enough credit. I was recently in and a customer came in and was extremely rude & the staff there handled themselves very respectfully because if that was me I would have not reacted as calm & collected as they did. Great store along with the staff !

Sitting in store trying to use my reward points but was made to call the home office. I've been on hold so far for 32 minutes. How long does one have to wait to receive their $10 rebate? Terrible service, both in store and online. No one in store would help me with products or my rewards. Useless. Not worth the discount!
