The gentleman that works here. Was very polite and helpful. I was able to find everything I needed to do my nails. Also he was helpful with helping me find a shampoo for my hair. I definitely recommend going here for beauty products. They also have a nice selection of ear rings to choose from as well.

Just wanted to share a positive experience as there are a surprising number of 1 star reviews. Every time I've visited this Sally's I've had a great experience and have always found the products I need. I initially went to Sally's for Wella toner and developer for my platinum ash hair. Now, I also buy my shampoo and conditioner at Sally's since they carry a FABULOUS generic dupe to Nexxus Therappe line. The generic conditioner is the old Nexxus formula, so it is still that thick, conditioning consistency and is much better than the name brand. Will always shop at Sally's now! Not to mention, online 2-hour pickup is great when you have multiple things to do in one day and want the convenience of browsing online and seeing + using your rewards.

Sent my husband to this store as we live an hour away and he was already in town (mind you, he has ZERO knowledge on doing hair, however..) I dyed my hair today, this time and the last few the color isn't grabbing properly other than at the roots because I'm pretty sure I have hard water build-up. I have an event this weekend that I needed to have this done for, and in order to be able to wash my hair beforehand today is when it needed done. Anyways, I sent him for ion crystal clarifying treatment. I had sent a picture of the product and description and he showed the employee. This is what was brought home. First - it isn't even the same product. This is a toner, a color corrector for blonde hair. I dyed my hair purple/blue today. Second - it is not the same brand, either. I also requested

Would give this place zero stars, we walked in three girls standing at the register one standing in their painting her nails nobody asked us if we needed anything all very rude and then didn’t give us our discount for the brushes that we bought definitely zero stars on this one these girls need somebody in here to show them how hospitality is . Horrible service !!!

I don’t really leave reviews all that often but seeing a lot of negative shocks me. This place has always welcomed me the second I walked through the door and the staff does an excellent job at helping me find what I need. On days I don’t need assistance, they allow me to browse freely without making me feel I’m being hovered or bugged. I’ve never had a bad experience, whether it’s from the products or the staff, and this place has been my go-to for hair products for over 3 years now. Do not hesitate to ask for help, their recommendations are perfect and very helpful!!
