It would actually be no stars. To the 2 girls working 11-10-24 after 3 do better. There wasn't even any customer service I was not greeted or asked if I needed any help instead they talked very loudly about personal woman stuff and during the whole transaction they just kept talking about said personal woman stuff things I didn't need to hear.

The manager sydney is very rude and not a good person.

On numerous occasions, I have been dissatisfied with my experience in this store. One in particular that stands out; I went to the store to get stuff to dye my hair. Usually I’m in and out because I know what I want and where it is. This time, they didn’t have the lightener that I usually use so I had to look for an alternative, next thing I know I’m being watched and followed around the store while I collect my items. I didn’t think much of it until the third time I caught the girl watching me while she pretended to stock the shelves. Now, I go to this store at least twice a month. I have never given my phone number to purchase things. I always collect my receipt. The receipt DOES NOT SAY “must have phone number to return items”. The receipt DOES SAY you can return items within 60 days

Store manager is extremely helpful, the store is clean and both are welcoming to customers. Kinda was hoping for a little more selection for what I was looking for but I would definitely go again.
