Best massage I’ve ever had. Chris was incredibly attentive and took the time to listen carefully to all of my problem areas before starting. He checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure and techniques were working for me, which I really appreciated. I suffer from chronic pain, and this massage made a noticeable difference. If I lived here, I would absolutely be seeing him weekly. THE BEST MASSAGE from GTO HEALTH AND WELLNESS located right across from base I had NO IDEA was there! It’s on the second floor of the Fairway Mortgage building next to Navy Federal. Takes some insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) but I paid out of pocket as it was very affordable. 60 minutes of bliss!!! #nogatekeeping #selfcare

I am from out of state and ordered a gift card for my sister online. I told him it was for my sister‘s birthday plus her husband has been battling ALS.
