I purchased Ion titanium semi permanent color, which made my hair a purple/blue! I returned to Sally's with my complaint, but all I was advised to use was a clarififying shampoo. It did nothing. The hair expert chat advised Ion color correction. It did nothing. Then I remembered that years ago after a permanent dye, They recommended Strawberry Leopard. So now I am ordering it. I never had this problem a couple of years ago. I was also told no refund for an item I wasn't happy with, but they need to read the back of their receipts!!!!

The workers were super nice and helpful 😊 everything was pretty affordable too, better than I expected

bought hair care item less than 30 days ago. tried it twice and didnt like it. went to return it today, but only got store credit. nowhere on receipt does it state if you use it, you only get store credit. i did not use even half (or a quarter) of it, as they had to find another bottle to check how much was used. looked on sally beauty website and again, nowhere does it state that i cant get my money back if i was unhappy with the product. how am i supposed to know if i will like something if i havent tried it? reached out to customer support. stuck with store credit but unsure if i want to continue shopping there. shouldve taken a picture but i really didnt know i would have to. ive returned items before with no issue. i guess its the principle of it! maybe the rules have changed since iv

I’m posting this for the company not the employees. It’s ridiculous that I can’t return a $110 lamp if it doesn’t work properly. I almost never shop here I should be able to get my money back. It shouldn’t matter if I used it or not it was an emergency that I needed this and it doesn’t work how i feel like it should. I got ONE use and it was only a week that I had to wait to return it. Maybe tell your employees to tell your customers that part of the policy when they ask if they can return items.

I recently made an online purchase to pick up in the store. Unfortunately, there was an accidental mix-up and I was unable to get my order completed. Both Tammy and Shawna were extremely apologetic and worked hard to fix the error. I also work in retail and understand that things like this occasionally happened. It's how it is resolved that matters most. I am thankful for their professionalism and quickness in resolving the issue. I was able to get my products completed the by next day. I will gladly continue to shop at this sally's.
