Shiloh(?) is my hero. They called in an expert opinion to help me pick out the best eyelash cluster glue - which was truly above and beyond. Shiloh is the kind of staff member that makes beauty product shopping fun :)

I came in today to get help with bun hairstyles and Alex was so helpful and helped me find the best products for my hairstyles and even gave me great recommendations for help with the scalp/hair problems ive been having! Really appreciated the help and she was so sweet!

You should honor a price that was labeled as a sale!!! Not just say “Oh that was just for yesterday Sorry!” Not good customer service at all as she stands there listening to something on her I pad!! Springville store.. 2/10/22.. Very upsetting..

Lets get one thing straight, I'm a giant nerd and helpless with all things modern. I went to Sally's in Springville today and was greeted by a young woman named Alex. I could tell by looking at her she was a lot more hip than I.... a LOT. She was so dang nice to me. She helped me find every thing I needed in the store. She explained everything I needed to do and even went into the back and quickly dug out a product I needed that wasn't on the shelf. Alex made me feel valued as a customer and as a human being. If I could give ten stars, I would. She should get a giant raise.

The girls here working are truly not helpful. I purchased 4 tubes of hair color, wanted to exchange 2 of them (It is my fault I bought Demi instead of permanent) but they wanted to charge me EXTRA because I didn't return ALL FOUR even though I only wanted to switch out two?! They seriously were next level not helpful and looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to just exchange the two items I had bought 24 hours prior.
