I came to get hair color I usually get because the one they had suggestion turned it green and even after weeks of being applied it still got on my hands . I tell them this and said ‘oh no,’ but it felt sarcastic—like they weren’t actually concerned and were just brushing me off. They even did it in unison multiple times. I’m not sure what I did but I don’t think I deserved that.

the WORST Sally's location I've ever been to!! the rudest staff ever!! If I acted like this at my job I would be fired immediately! the girl with the pink hair didn't even want to help me and was very rude! didn't even bother to want to show me where something was! the customer service is awful! the worst in any single store I have ever been in. If a manager was around I would have told them to fire that associate for being just an awful human being! I'm hoping a manager does reach out to me because the girls were very rude also about me just asking for a survey to express my feedback! this was a MAJOR disappointment!

Service here is top notch, everyone is friendly, helpful, AND knowledgeable! Prices are sometimes rather high, but then again Sally's carries top shelf products so that's to be expected. I've never had a bad shopping experience here, the only thing that sometimes annoys me is that they're occasionally out of the hair or nail products I'm looking for.

I went to Sally to get my hair products as usual. There were 2 girls Jenny and Denise that greeted me. They were very nice and extremely helpful. When I asked there opinions on certain thing they had alot of knowledge on the product and helped me out alot I will definitely recommend this store to everyone and I will tell them to ask to speak with Jenny and Denise thank u for the patience and help I wish there where more workers like the 2 of them .

I just went in to buy supplies to dye my hair… I walked in with hopes for the products I need, and a freshly filled bank account.. I left with not a cent to my name, and completely empty handed. They charged my card and completely drained it, and then rudely told me I could not take any products home nor could I get a refund on the money they just took. Let’s just say I left torn, and I have no idea how I’m getting gas now.
