Rosa was a fantastic help, super friendly and upbeat personality!! The store has really turned around over the past few years. Shelves fully stocked.
Very disappointed in the manger and staff, while I was at the front register to purchase my products, the women at the Register we’re very loud complaining of a sister store( North Providence) that the girl on today was stupid, didn’t know where to find a part for a sink, and one of the women with pick hair, said yeah I hate her. Very mean, and very unprofessional
My go to beauty supply shop! The workers there are always happy and helpful, wether it’s an over the phone order or grabbing things from inside. The store is always clean, and everything is very organized.
Awful. I iwsh i could give negative stars. Racist staff followed me and my mother around the whole store while we were looking. After picking up some eyebrow pencils she made us hand it back to her instead of putting them back ourselves. I always tell others to stay away. Forget this place.
The service at this particular location has always been great. The staff there has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Always welcoming.
