My boyfriend went to purchase a doo rag and witnessed who i already knew was Felicia be rude to another customer. I waited in the store next door, because she is very rude. My boyfriend said that the customer in front of him was spoken to very aggressively by Felicia, regarding "this got bad, let me know when we can talk, this ended really bad". The customer tried de escalate what Felicia started, yet again, the customer turned around and said that as her hair dresser, we need to figure out my hair" or something like that. Best way to explain my experience today on 10-13-25 was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! I went in twice that day first time absolutely great experience I’ve ever had. The second time I went in to get more bleach because I didn’t get enough for my hair, some lady asked as if we needed any help and said yeah just to be sure we were getting the right amount and kind of bleach we needed. She had seen my hair and completely freaked out and was saying oh nooo no nooo. And asked to test the strength of my hair and I didn’t know what she meant, my friend that also does hair tried explaining it to me before she even got consent from me grabbed my hair and literally PULLED MY HAIR OUT!!! I have been coming here since I was 13…I have never had a bad experience here I have bought things and held onto them, not used them, and months later, have returned them, for either store credit or back on my card FELICIA, store manager, immediately dismissed me yesterday and told me SHE CANT accept my return, even for store credit, and that shes never in her 3 years accepted anything from anyone past 30 days. Even though I returned 2 bottles of Strawberry Leopards shampoo and conditioner that she pushed me to buy once that was “color safe” but ended up stripping my hair of its color first use, I held onto them past the “return date” and she processed my return then 😂😂😂 Now, knowing Sally’s, their policy states, on the website and back of receipts that you can in fact, get store credit if

I stopped in quickly today to get some hair dye and hair dye supplies. At first, the only employee working there was helpful and answered the question I had. As she was checking me out she noticed that I was wearing a CVS pharmacy uniform. She went on to tell me that she was advised not to take the Covid vaccine by a pharmacist when she also worked at a CVS pharmacy. As she tried to convince me not to as well, I politely explained that everyone has their own opinions and personal experiences. I expressed that I believe in science and believe in taking the vaccine. She then further tried to push her narrative onto me, though she is not a health professional. I found it extremely inappropriate that an employee for a beauty store was giving medical advice. Sally beauty is not the place to be
