PARADISE Spa and Nails

Thought I'd give this salon a try since I was in the area, and I'm so happy I did! The nail techs actually listened to what I wanted, didn't try hurrying me through my appointment, everyone was very friendly, and the glass of wine was a nice touch! The salon is very beautiful as well! It's certainly worth the drive!

I’ve never written a negative review before, but I feel like I need to share my recent experience. First, I want to say that the nail technician who worked on me was very sweet and professional. This isn't about her personally. I’ve been coming here for cat eye nails for a while now (over five visits), and they’ve always turned out beautifully. Unfortunately, this time it was clear the tech wasn’t comfortable with the design, and the result reflected that. I understand everyone has to start somewhere, and I was willing to be patient. However, the issue was that she didn’t use an opaque base, so the nails came out very sheer and unfinished-looking. I politely asked for another coat, but instead of helping, the manager stepped in, told me I was wrong, and refused to fix the issue. The shap

So kind, conversational, and great at what they do! The complimentary hand massage after my gel mani was AMAZING. Plus, they gave me a complimentary drink and snack. So sweet and overall a 10/10 customer service experience. (And I only spent $38 before tip!) I will only come here from now on!

This Salon has been by far the nicest and sweetest people i have ever met. I came in with a heavy heart and no one to talk to. I wanted to do something nice for myself this holiday season. When the store was not busy one of the employees came and sat with me while I had my pedicure done and we just talked. It was wonderful. I left with a beautiful pedicure and a happy smile on my face.
