Sally Beauty

This is the first Sally Beauty location I have visited. I went in looking for toner to help address the brassiness in my highlights. I did some research prior and watched a bunch of YouTube visits so I felt some what knowledgable it what I should be looking for going into the store. Hannah was the store clerk who assisted me and she was extremely helpful- she helped me choose the items/color that would provide the results I was looking for. I toned my hair as soon as I got home and the results are wonderful. Overall really great experience with this location!

I am consistently disappointed with this location. I do not find the staff nearly as helpful as they claim to be as their ‘help’ seems to only be offered to a certain race of people. They appear to be uninformed and untrained. Will never return. They do not deserve my money as I would rather shop online or go elsewhere.

I love Sally's! The only place to go for dying your hair. The staff is very knowledgeable also. Right next to the Walmart. I even heard there is a male that works there for those men looking to keep groomed or have any beauty questions which is nice for a beauty store. Staffing has got so much better at the store. It's also so nice to have males at this location to ask questions too.

I was greeted immediately and assisted with finding the product I was looking for to purchase. I appreciated the recommendation of how much of the product I needed to remove my old color from my hair. I will go out of my way to this location versus the other Sally locations due to their great customer service.

Sold me defective product and then wouldn’t accept my return because they couldn’t resell it. Like what? There should be better policies in place to manage when something like that happens because it’s not fair.
