Love the young gal that was working today. First they had some issues with the card reader so I left came back and it was working. Sometimes patients. Lol Next she was super sweet. I had a bad experience getting my hair cut today and I was over whelmed on how I wanted my hair colored she walked me through it all and we landed on what I'm hoping will work. If not we both talked about color theory and how it can be tricky. But she was there listened and helped. I'll take that any day even if this doesn't work exactly the way I want. Why cus I get it. Color can be tricky especially erasing teal green. So thank you young lady. You were awesome 😎

dead serious left after just a few minutes bc employee made it too obvious she was coming around to see if I was stealing. I was genuinely looking at all the sale prices and all the new things sally’s has added since I haven’t been there in so long and I overheard her tell my brother to leave his purchased bag at the register before coming to tell me that he was heading to the car. she then visited my area 2 additional times asking if I needed assistance and I told her each time I was just looking around. after making it that obvious, I just left. no need to look around if i’m going to be made to feel uncomfortable. this is not merrillville, I wouldn’t assume theft is such a huge problem. if it is, hire asset protection or put sensors on your items. don’t follow customers around the store

Did a search to make sure that the hairdryer that I wanted was available at this location. Drove there and found that the in-store price was more than the online price and was told that they do not price match. Since when? Went back to my car, found that it was in stock in Merriville/Hobart and called that location and was told that they absolutely do price match. Drove there and bought my hairdryer. Not the first time I’ve had bad service at this location. Many of the products are always out of stock. I find that I do much better either at the Hobart location or the Hammond location where Woodmar Mall used to be. The girls at the Hammond Sally’s are always super knowledgeable and friendly.

This is the 3rd time I’ve had an online order canceled for pick up for items that said they were in stock online and it being canceled for not having said items. I go into the store same day and the items are there and employees won’t honor what I paid online unless I order online again for pick up, but im not guaranteed that they will fulfill it.

I’ve been going to Sally’s for years and have never been treated so disrespectful or disregarded in such a racist manner here! Workers really need to be trained in basic sales and customer service. Nothing was priced correctly and was insinuated that we switched prices!!! So heated and disappointed. Other customers walked in and were tended to immediately and Yesssss we were different colors.
