Kali Beauty Schererville

I just want to say, we stopped at kali beauty in merrilliville first, and the girl there was the sweetest, and very helpful but I just couldnt find the style I really wanted. We found one in my color and she asked the man that worked there. Idk if he was the manager or not to hold the wig for me, bc I wanted to run here to the scherriville store and look around because I was told they may have something more my style. The man said "how long do I need to hold it for because I can't hold these very long." I said long enough for me to go look at the other store. He replies with "well ill hold it for a couple hours, but just so you know we're the largest store with the largest selection." He came off very rude. We left... I completely love this store. They treat customers like family. I even went back after not going for so long and they still remember me. Love all the workers a ton. Love their sense of humor as well.

Very clean nice customer service they greet you upon entering the store and they help you find anything you need if it’s in stock. I always choose them over any other beauty supply store.

I’ve been going to kali beauty since they opened in Hammond. I now go to Schererville from time to time. Always great customer service. Nice people. Fully stocked. Play great music and always have great sales!!
