If I could put no starts I would.. my wife went in there and they were rude as Hell acting like she was gonna still so she put the items at the counter as she shopped wen she went to pay the girl was like o i put them back and she's like we're at an the girls all idk either over there or over there and where closing u need to hurry rude as all hell the only store on a 3 day shopping spread that the customer service that was appalling

Usually have what I need in stock, but their 2 hour delivery is never 2 hours. It took 5 hours and a customer service complaint to recieve my last order within the same day. For orders that only involve grabbing 3 items off a shelf, it's pretty ridiculous.

My wife is a hair stylist, so sometimes I tag along with her when she goes to The Sally Beauty Store near COSTCO. It's not really my thing, but I like to look around. The one good thing about this store, is that you do not need to be in the trade to buy products here. You get a discount if you are. Although there are plenty of products to choose from, some higher-end items are only available in stores that only those in the profession can take advantage of.

I love them here.I've been coming to the store for a very long time.Always count on what I need being there
