Sally Beauty

Went in 10/21 there was an older lady and older man, they were both VERY RUDE and were not helpful at all. WORST customer service I left COMPLETELY unsatisfied with the service received will NOT be coming back again!!

It's Tuesday, 9/2, 09:37a & the store is closed. Post times on the internet & outside the store lists 09:00a opening. No signage advising otherwise. What's up with this???

I headed out to Sally Beauty this afternoon just like any other time that I go to the store, but this afternoon, I decided to visit another Sally in San Bruno, and I could hear every time the door was open someone appreciating the help that he had and saying that he was such a help then I kept for myself of course and when I left the store I end up saying the same thing because the guy that was at the front has such a great attitude! He was adorable and professional, and I end up, picking up my usual purple!

The stores is neat and the customer service is nice. I didn't really see anything I liked . The store is small so they don't really have much but over nice

This is a great store! Luna and another sales associate were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my dry scalp issue!! Both women were super friendly and both were exceptionally patient with me and all the questions I had for them!! I am grateful for those two!! San Bruno Sally's is the way to go!!
