I had the BEST experience! FELENA (FV) worked miracles on my hair. I have a ton of Grey hair and went blonde. My hair cut and color looks so good. The salon is clean and inviting. Very nice people.

I had a great experience at Salon Mia Bella. I went in for a haircut then hair color the following week. Results turned out even better than I expected. Staffs were friendly, welcoming and really took their time to make sure everything looked good. They don't upsell anything and only focus on offering what you actually want and give recommendations. Will surely come back and recommend to people looking for a great salon. Thank you!

This review is long overdue, about two years, actually. I came in for a peekaboo hair dye and haircut. The stylist who bleached my hair seemed unsure and kept checking in with other staff members. Two other stylists stopped by, looked concerned, and suggested leaving the bleach on longer. After almost two hours, the bleach was rinsed out, and the stylist completed the dye and cut. At first glance, it looked okay, though it didn’t feel worth the $500 total. I still tipped generously because the stylist seemed nervous and unsupported. When I got home, I noticed the bleached sections were extremely brittle — some strands broke or crumbled in my hands. After the first wash, chunks began to fall out, and over the next few weeks, most of the bleached hair broke off completely. I waited a long

Overall service is pretty average, both in haircuts and hair color treatments for the price of the treatments. Customer service in person is partially favorable but over the phone is not. I had a bad experience making an appointment for an updo hairstyle as they made my appointment and asked me to send my inspiration photo. They proceeded to tell me they could not do the hairstyle as it contained extensions and they did not work with extensions, they immediately canceled my appointment… I was unhappy that I was not given the opportunity to negotiate or work out other hairstyles options for that appointment but instead got my appointment cancelled last minute. Although the service is alright, it is nothing special, you could probably find better hair salons.

This is a new find and Karen is just wonderful. She knew exactly what to do with my fine thick hair. Styled beautifully. Taught me a few tricks. She encouraged me to use her or her sisters when i need an appointment. Delighted. Will be back. Thanks ladies!
