I had a really bad salon experience and Bre was fast to come help me and listen to my needs. She recommended me color and was able to get me a starter kit for hair coloring since this was my first time doing it myself. I showed her my reference and she took the time to write down detailed instructions on how long to leave it in for. Thank you so much Bre for the SAVE! first pic is my reference from the salon. I stopped by to buy some dye to do both of my daughter's hair and had the best experience ever. Ash explained the best product to use and she went above and beyond and even wrote down step by step for me. Alexa ranged me up while Ash was writing step by step. Alexa was very sweet and a great conversation. They also offered the after hour consultation. 10 out of 10. Thank you ladies!!!

Absolutely love going to this Sally’s. Employee’s are very friendly AND helpful. They always have great advice on how to achieve whatever color I want to achieve. Very knowledgeable in what they do!! 10/10 recommend this Sally’s over all the others in the area.

The store is so nice inside. Bright and clean. The young lady that helped me was so knowledgeable and helped me immensely. She took time and answered all my questions and gave me some tips that helped me a lot. I followed her suggestions and now I have a dip manicure I did myself that looks as good as the one I got done at the salon but costs a lot less. No shade to the ladies at the nail place they did a great job I just break nails like a psychopath and I can’t afford to get them done every week 🥴.

This was honestly just a terrible experience at Sally’s. I’ve been an avid Sally’s shopper for a decade and visit each location by where I live frequently. I only use hair dye, shampoos and conditioners, most of my makeup etc. from Sally’s. Both girls who were in there while I was shopping were extremely rude and acted as if I was a nuisance from them playing on their phones when I had a few questions. I asked if I could open some make up to see the color and one of the girls (I think she may have even been a manager) just stood there and watched me struggle since I had my hands full with all my other products. I tried to find a place on the shelf to put everything down because it was all slipping out of my fingers and I made a comment about how I was about to lose it all. She just stood
