I had a really frustrating experience here today. I booked a 4:30 massage online about three hours ahead of time. The website showed the slot as available and let me fully book the appointment, and drove 50 minutes to get there as I was leaving somewhere I was already at to get to this appointment on time. Right when I pulled in to the spa, they texted, TEXTED, to tell me my appointment had been cancelled because apparently you have to book massages 24 hours in advance. If that’s the policy, the system shouldn’t allow someone to book a same-day appointment? It makes absolutely no sense to let a booking go through and then cancel it without telling the person. I had a really good experience at Sukoon Med Spa with Dr. Cheema. She was reassuring and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable. The staff was genuinely so sweet and welcoming, and the whole visit felt easy. The space was beautiful and very clean, and it was honestly relaxing being there.

Had an excellent experience with Dr Cheema. She was very knowledgeable. Made me feel so comfortable and confident about her recommendations. I definitely found my new home for Botox.

Dr. Cheena is fantastic!! I had an amazing experience with her as a first time Botox patient. She was very thorough in explaining the treatment options, adverse effects, and anatomical considerations that come with injectables. She was transparent and not at all pushy, and she made an effort to check in asking about pain/discomfort many times during the injection process. She exhibited great compassion, knowledge, and patience throughout the appointment, and it is clear she cares about her patients. I could not be happier with my first ever injection experience. Highly recommend Dr. Cheena as well as her friendly office colleagues!
